WANSARC September Meeting cancelled

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria, our next meeting, scheduled for Friday 3rd of September, has been cancelled.

In the meantime, the club will conduct not one, but two, nets on Friday 3rd of September.

The first will be at 8:00 pm local time on the VK3RMM Mt Macedon repeater. The Mt Macedon repeater has extensive coverage over the north and western suburbs of Melbourne and should be accessible by all members in the club. The input frequency is 147.850 MHz on 2 metres and the output frequency is 147.250 MHz. The repeater does not require any tone access.

At 9:00 pm local time the second net will occur on HF, using the frequency of 3.685 MHz on 80 metres. This is the same frequency that the club uses for regular Tuesday evening nets.

WANSARC August Meeting

Due to the current uncertainty around rules and meeting density limits, there will be no meeting this Friday night, 6th August.

Our next meeting is planned for Friday 3rd September.
